No Refunds for Low-Quality Images

We print exactly what you upload. Please make sure your artwork meets our upload and resolution requirements before submitting. DMV Transfers is not responsible for poor image quality, low DPI, or pixelation caused by customer-submitted files. There are no refunds, exchanges, or reprints for orders printed from blurry or low-quality artwork.

Reporting Damages

  • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any damage or defect in their order.
  • All damage claims must include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
  • After 3 days, we cannot guarantee eligibility for a return, refund, or replacement.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unpressed onto any surface.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Used or heat-pressed transfers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe return delivery. Returns lost in transit or without tracking cannot be refunded.

Processing Refunds & Replacements

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Replacements will be reprinted and shipped as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order DTF transfers
  • Items that have been heat-pressed or used
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
