No Refunds for Low-Quality Images

We print exactly what you upload. Please ensure your artwork meets our quality standards before submitting. We are not responsible for poor image resolution, DPI, or file quality. There are no refunds, exchanges, or reprints for orders printed from low-resolution or blurry images provided by the customer.

Reporting Damages

  • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any damage or defect in the product.
  • All damage reports must include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • After 3 days, we cannot guarantee eligibility for return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unpressed onto any surface.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Used or heat-pressed transfers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Returns lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.

Processing Refunds & Replacements

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Replacements will be reprinted and shipped as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order DTF transfers
  • Items that have been heat-pressed or used
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
