By visiting or making a purchase through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

1. Description of Services

DMV Transfers provides professional Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer printing, custom apparel printing, and related fulfillment services. Customers may upload their own artwork to order gang sheets, DTF transfers, and custom-printed apparel. Our services are intended for individuals, small businesses, and print shops seeking reliable, high-quality DTF production.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options integrated through Shopify Payments.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via the carrier and method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) assumes responsibility for delivery. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. DMV Transfers is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and refunds only under specific conditions. Please review our detailed Return & Refund Policy for full information on eligibility and procedures.

5. Uploading Files and Artwork

  • You confirm that you own or have legal permission to use any design or artwork you upload for printing.
  • Prints are produced exactly as submitted; DMV Transfers does not alter, resize, or adjust artwork files.
  • We are not responsible for pixelation, low resolution, or color variations caused by customer-submitted artwork.
  • All artwork must comply with our Artwork Requirements.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order containing content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on copyright or trademark rights.

6. Production Times

DTF Transfers:

  • 1–10 images: 1–3 business days
  • 11–25 images: 3–5 business days
  • 26–40 images: 5–10 business days
  • 41+ images: 10–20 business days

Custom Apparel:

  • 1–5 shirts: 3–5 business days
  • 6–10 shirts: 5–7 business days
  • 11+ shirts: 1–2 weeks

7. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Air: 1 business day

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of DMV Transfers LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMV Transfers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or data.

Q1: What is DTF printing and how does it work?

A: DTF (Direct to Film) is a method where designs are printed onto film, powdered, and heat-pressed onto garments.

A: It supports full-color designs, works on cotton and polyester, and is ideal for small batches.

A: Yes, with proper application, DTF prints are stretch-resistant and long-lasting even after multiple washes.

A: Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and more—as long as they can withstand heat.

A: We print custom designs that you upload. You can also choose from our template collection if available.
