1. Description of Services

We provide professional Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer printing and custom apparel printing services. Customers can upload their artwork to order custom gang sheets, transfers, or printed t-shirts. Our services are designed for individuals, brands, and print shops looking for high-quality DTF prints and fast fulfillment.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via the carrier and method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or others). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

5. Uploading Files

• You affirm that you own or have permission to use any design or artwork you upload for printing.
• Prints are produced exactly as submitted. We do not adjust, resize, or modify customer artwork.
• DMV Transfers is not responsible for pixelation, low resolution, or color discrepancies caused by uploaded files.
• All artwork must comply with our Artwork Requirements.
• We reserve the right to reject any files containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without authorization.

6. Production Times

DTF Transfers:

• 1–10 images: 1–3 business days
• 11–25 images: 3–5 business days
• 26–40 images: 5–10 business days
• 41+ images: 10–20 business days

Custom Apparel:

• 1–5 shirts: 3–5 business days
• 6–10 shirts: 5–7 business days
• 11+ shirts: 1–2 weeks

7. Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Air: 1 business day

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, and materials, are the property of www.dmvtransfers.com and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, duplication, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
